How to use?
Take the 3 eutectic plates included in the bag (standard) Place them in the freezer for 14 hours or more (at least -18°C) Remove them and insert them into the bag in the designated slots Done!

How long does it last?
The bag is tested to last for 42 hours* at an external temperature of 24°C. If the temperature is lower, it will last longer, and if the temperature is higher, it will last less. It's impossible to determine in advance how much less or more.
Useful information
If asked, the Medicube Ultra contains three eutectic plates, each containing approx. 850g of SAP, a super-absorbent polymer. The eutectic plates are made with a specially formulated polymer that remains frozen twice as long as a traditional ice pack and does not "sweat" while thawing. *How is the duration time calculated? IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ THE FOLLOWING:
The duration time is calculated with a very sophisticated temperature sensor placed inside a syringe filled with water and placed inside the bag. The sensor is connected to a computer that receives data every minute. The bag is placed in a temperature-controlled environment at 24.2°C. It is essential to understand this mechanism because by placing a regular thermometer inside the bag, the temperature will degrade more rapidly and show incorrect values.
