Chest Freezers

Horizontal or chest freezers are usually chosen for industrial applications, such as resilience tests, or for restaurant applications, such as low-temperature freezing of fish and sushi.

Their structure is characterized by a deep and generally rectangular storage compartment, with an upper lid that opens upwards, resembling a chest. This design helps to retain the cold inside the freezer, making it energy-efficient. However, they can be less convenient to organize compared to vertical freezers due to the depth of the storage compartment.

They are available in a wide range of options: from the most economical to the most high-performing, with the ability to perform temperature tests even in industry.
