These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the General Conditions) govern the sale of products marketed by Jointlab Srl using only the remote communication technology (Internet, telephone, fax). All contracts to purchase products transactions via the site www.frigolab.eu by following the procedures described above (on-line or by phone, etc.), between the Seller and Buyers (hereinafter the Customer), will be governed by these Terms Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part thereof.
2. Terms of conclusion of the contract
The customer can only purchase products in the electronic catalog at the time the order and viewable on the site as described in the relevant information sheets. Jointlab reserves the right to change the technical information of products without notice. It is understood that the descriptive card of the product may not be fully representative of its characteristics, being generic information.
The information contained on the website www.frigolab.it simply an invitation to offer. The proposed purchase (order) is formulated by the customer at the time the module containing the characteristics of the required goods, the price of the chosen method of payment and delivery (order form).
Once finally sent the order form, you will see a summary page and sent an e-mail confirming the receipt of the order containing all the necessary information to complete the purchase.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller that reserves, at its sole option, the right to cancel any order, for example:

2. in cases where the customer does not meet the General Conditions of Sale listed in this document.
For every order placed on www.frigolab.eu invoice is issued to the customer at the time of shipment of the goods and is sent via email to the address indicated in the order. 3. Prices and payment conditions

5. Trasport & Returns
Products are delivered within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier. The transport costs are charged to the customer even in case of re-sending the goods for whatever reason happen. The delivery times indicated are not binding; they merely indicate the period of time that is deemed to be necessary to deliver the goods from the time of delivery to the customer. The reasons for any delay (not due to Jointlab) may be:
1) Courier's delay;
2) Lack goods in stock;
3) Failure to Deliver due to absence of the customer;
6. Owner of the good
The right of ownership of the Products passes to Customer after full payment of the products or their delivery, if it occurs last.
7. Withdrawal right
Frigolab.it transposes the European Directive 2011/83 / U, which will go into effect from 14 June 2014. This legislation is enforced by the LEGISLATIVE DECREE 21 February 2014, n. 21 Implementation of Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, amending Council Directives 93/13 / EEC and 1999/44 / EC and repealing Directives 85/577 / EEC and 97/7 / EC. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the ability for the consumer to return the product purchased and the reimbursement of expenses incurred.
This right is reserved exclusively to natural persons (consumers), so it can not be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to their professional activity.
To exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent within 14 days of receipt of goods, a communication of his intention to withdraw from the contract. Shipping charges to our company will be withheld from the refunded money that will be within 14 days. The transport costs are exactly the amount charged on the invoice and declared by the website at the time of purchase.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, that:

- product damage.
8. Acceptance and return of defective products
In case of defective product, customer has three days, from the days of deliver, to inform us. We will withdraw the product and we will change it after checking the goods in our premises.
9. Limitation of responsibility
Without prejudice to the case of fraud or gross negligence of the Seller, it is now agreed that, if found Seller's liability in any capacity against the Customer including the case of default, in whole or in part, the obligations assumed by Seller to the Client following the execution of an order, the Seller's liability shall not exceed the price of the products purchased by the customer and for which the dispute arose.
10. Customer Obligations
The Customer undertakes, once the purchase procedure provided for in www.frigolab.eu to handle the press and keep the present general conditions, and the information contained in www.frigolab.eu site dedicated to information on how to purchase , pursuant to and for the purposes of articles. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree. N. 185/99.
11. Jurisdiction and applicable law
Any dispute regarding the application, execution, interpretation and violation of purchasing contracts concluded on-line via the www.frigolab.it web site is subject to Italian jurisdiction. These general conditions are governed by Italian law and are reported, although not expressly provided herein, the Legislative Decree. N. 50/92 to Legislative Decree. N. 185/99 and the Consumer Code.
12. Local court
Any dispute arising in connection with contracts under these Terms and Conditions or who were otherwise connected to them, will be referred to the Court of Milan.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles. 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Customer declares to have carefully read, understood and accept the General Conditions of Sale listed above.
