Shipping your purchase
1. When the product is indicated on the website 'Available' means that it is physically present in our Milan stock. Goods will start, usually within 24 hours (except weekends and national holidays) after receipt of payment, with a express courier. You can also collect it from our premises!
2. If it is not present in our stock an average time is indicated: it can be shorter but also a little longer than indicated.
The material is sent by our DHL couriers; - for very large packages, other couriers may be used, depending on the type of delivery. The indicated transport prices are ALWAYS at road level. Positioning or transport to the floor are extras that must be agreed upon request
Shipping costs include packaging costs.
The boxes are quite solid and your items are well protected. But ... please refuse items which are obviously damaged in the packaging. Do not forget the goods TRAVEL ALWAYS INSURED against damage but we need it:
1. The material is rejected if it is clearly damaged
2. The goods, despite their intact packaging, are damaged. In this case, send the photos of the packaging.
3. The packaging is slightly damaged: accept the material with 'reserve' to be affixed and sign it on the delivery slip. Enter the date and the signature 'Material accepted subject to consultation'.
