High-value thermosensitive products are stored in the refrigerators for pharmacies, hospitals, laboratories, doctors' offices, pastry shops, delicatessens and supermarkets. The testo Saveris 2 Wi-Fi data logger is ideal for the safe control of refrigerated products: it does not require any software for installation and the reports are automatically created in pdf.
GOOD TO KNOW: as soon as the temperature probe is immersed in the vial, the glycol isolates the probe, slowing down its response time. Temperature fluctuations, due for example to the opening of the refrigerator door, do not affect the measurement results. The measured temperature corresponds to the actual temperature of the stored products. Propylene glycol is therefore ideal for temperature monitoring in refrigerators; on the other hand, ethylene glycol is more suitable for applications in freezers with temperatures below -20°C.
