Mobifreeze M 270 Lauda
The first LAUDA mobile chest ultra-freezer guarantees an uninterrupted cold chain in intralogistics and inter-factory road transport. The integrated battery and excellent insulating properties make it the ideal solution for transporting temperature-sensitive medical and laboratory products.

The battery keeps the ultra-freezer at -80°C for up to 4 hours.
Once you arrive at the designated location, connect the instrument to the power socket and the system will automatically be powered, charging the battery in the meantime.

HIGH PERFORMANCE AND SAFETY

The mobile chest freezer creates ideal conditions for temperature-controlled transport. Temperatures are easily adjustable from -86 °C to -50 °C and comply with the logistical needs of pharmaceutical GDP (Good Distribution Practice).

The control panel includes an integrated data logger for storing temperature and alarm data.
Audible and visual limit alarms, low and high, will check that the internal temperature remains stable over time.

Intuitive touch screen operation
The bright 4.3-inch touch screen display is characterized by disarming ease of use.
User management is password protected and protects unauthorized access to configuration parameters. It can also be used with common laboratory gloves.

Flexible use for mains and battery power
Both mains and battery operation offers maximum flexibility.
The powerful battery lasts up to four hours, so safe transportation between different production and supply locations can be guaranteed. The battery can be recharged via mains power and keeps the display and alarms active, even in the event of a power failure.

Environmentally friendly, it uses natural refrigerants without dry ice, also reducing risks to personnel.
The innovative technology guarantees independence from consumables and phase change materials (PCM/PWM), allowing you to save on operating costs.

Simple and safe handling
The Mobifreeze mobile chest freezer is equipped with two sturdy swivel wheels, suitable for heavy loads, which simplify movement and steering. The ergonomic handles provide a secure grip, while the stirrup brake offers additional safety benefits. In addition to this, the bottom panel and wheels are protected against accidental impacts by a metal structure.

Focus on the dry ice
The MobiFreeze ultra-freezer does NOT use dry ice.
Using an active compressor system, powered by a rechargeable battery, it avoids the harmful effects of using dry ice: harmful to the environment and to the health of operators. Furthermore, it eliminates the costs incurred for dry ice replacement.
