VJT 2721e Test

Tests with a control probe in liquid. Red line = room temperature; green line =  temperature in the medium.
Set: 5 ° C.
The test shows a rapid drop in temperature to reach 5 ° C (in the sample) in 75 min.; the temperature stabilizes between 4.4 and 4.6 ° C with no major shifts.
Test is generic with a datalogger not certified but still subjected to comparison with certified thermometer in our laboratories. The behavior is typical of a VJT 2723, but is not representative of the entire production. The accuracies may vary from model to model and depending on the thermal differences and load.
