The products comply with current regulations, are NF approved, allow you to work in a HACCP environment and can be equipped with the ATP APPROVAL certification for road transport of perishable foodstuffs. The PORTER 1000TN model, with a 830 liter capacity, constitutes a real 'mobile cold room' suitable for transporting large quantities of perishable food, preserving the organoleptic properties of the food and limiting the risk of bacterial proliferation.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Available in two versions: with adjustable temperatures between -18°C and +10°C or heating unit and temperature adjustment between -18°C and +40°C.
• The insulation offered by the walls of the container ensures that the temperature is maintained with a minimum number of starts of the refrigeration unit and this helps to limit energy consumption.
• The refrigeration unit comes into operation when the outside temperature is higher than that set via the programmable digital thermostat. This makes it possible to keep the temperature constant even in the event of very high external temperatures.
• In the heated version, the heating unit comes into operation when the external temperature is lower than that set via the programmable digital thermostat. This allows you to keep the temperature constant even in the case of very cold outside temperatures.
• Total maintenance of the required temperature in all stages of transport.
• Equipped with low consumption refrigeration unit.

DETAILS OF THE TOOL

• Closing handle in stainless steel with release button; prepared for the use of an anti-tampering system.
• Equipped with 4 rubber wheels with a diameter of 100 mm (2 fixed and 2 swivel, one of which equipped with a brake), with wheel support plate integrated in the container.
• Internal grooves to promote good air circulation.
• Door that can be opened up to 270° with stop - flap door
• Easily removable door sealing gasket.
• Stainless steel rod with 2 hooks integrated inside the door
• Monobloc structure, without edges, joints and welds.
