  • They act as thermal energy accumulators that release over the course of transport, extending the temperature retention time of meals.
  • Particularly indicated for cases in which the containers are not used at full capacity.
  • Suitable for use in combination with Thermax isothermal containers fitted with runners, or with Gastronorm internal dimensions.
  • Simple to use it must be frozen to a temperature of at least -10°C.
  • They do not require electric power supply to function.
  • Thanks to excellent eutectic properties, they maintain meals at an optimum conservation temperature for a long time.
  • They ensure correct temperature retention, limiting risks of bacterial proliferation and conserving the quality of the foods and their organoleptic properties.
  • The isothermal characteristics comply with current regulations (EC Reg. 852/2004 –HACCP-) and with applicable technical standards (EN12571 and Accord AFNOR AC D40-007).
  • They allow correct operations in an HACCP environment.
  • The materials used for the manufacturing are suitable for food contact.
  • The eutectic liquid is non-toxic: maximum safety also in the case of accidental contact with food.
  • The unit's design allows accurate cleaning and sanitising (EC Reg. 852/2004 –HACCP-), including using a dishwasher.
  • Designed to be long lasting: performance remains basically unaltered when reused.
  • Fully recyclable at the end of the operating life.
  • Fitted with convenient carry handles.
  • Thermal energy released by the chilled eutectic plate: 240 Wh.
  • Caution: the chilled plates freezing time depends on the refrigerating power of the cooling system used.
  • For example: Conditioning 5 chilled eutectic plates GN 1/1 (at -10°C) with useful refrigerating power of 1000W requires approximately 2 hours.
  • It is important that you properly space the plates when putting them into position, to ensure that cold air circulate on all sides, for quicker and more even cooling (e.g. using a rack fitted with runners).
  • Guaranteed for use from –30° to +85°C.
